To become the pre-eminent school of Nutrition and Food Science in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and finally measuring up to a country-level school for Food, Nutrition and Health through research, educating, and leadership in human nutrition.
Mission
The purpose of the establishment of the school of Nutrition and Food Science in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences is as follows:
To use nutrition research, education and leadership as a key driver for enhancing the health, wellness and prosperity of individuals and populations, and achieving this will require significant growth and transformation.

Laboratories
Four laboratories were inaugurated:
- Food Microbiology Lab: Food microbial control
tests will be done
- Molecular Biology Lab: Molecular tests
for epidemiologic studies, detection of
microorganisms and protein macromolecules
- Nutrition Research Lab: Clinical and medical
biochemical tests and medical diagnosis related
to human
- Reference Lab: An accredited food testing
laboratory, working in collaboration with Food
and Drug administration of Isfahan university

of medical sciencees to prevent chronic diseases, nutrition and chronic diseases, and chemical controls of foods.
